Title: Client Service Specialist - Laval (Hybrid Position)

Overview:
We are a leading national provider of group benefits, group retirement and human resource services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist in Laval, Quebec.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent service and support
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and multiple insurance companies
• Day-to-day management of client requests, claim activities, and general administration
• Independently manage clients' enrollments, terminations, and amendments, including data entry into internal systems
• Provide support to Account Managers, including the set-up of new groups, client service, and administration
• Coordinate timely preparation and delivery of necessary client materials
• Assist clients with claims and online processing
• Provide benefit plan administration training for new and existing clients
• Maintain security and confidentiality of client information
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Client-focused with an unwavering commitment to service excellence
Compensation:
The salary for this position is $48-58k with full benefits and paid time off.
Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position with a requirement of 3 days in the office.
