Helpdesk Agent (Canada)- Voice & Non-voice process

Language: English & French

Work from the office only

Rate: $19-20/hr

Location: Moncton, New Brunswick

Bilingual in French and English

• Any Business or IT education is an asset

• Basic understanding of retail business in North America. Knowledge of the energy/petroleum industry is an asset (Fuel stations etc)

• Working knowledge of computers and business standard programs: Microsoft Outlook, Office etc.

• Applicants should be highly organized

• Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills are required

• A willingness to learn is an asset

• Adaptive to change

Loyalty Agents will handle inquiries and address issues from consumers through phone and email.

• Accurately Log contacts in the designated system(s), prioritize, escalate, and follow up outstanding items and ensure timely resolution.

• Notify management of increasing trends, unusual activity, or repeated activity.

• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, client policies, and legal requirements
