Bilingual Client Service Representative

ADP is hiring a Bilingual Client Service Representative. In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. Responsibilities

• Answer non-technical questions
• Respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP products
• Provide Tier 1 customer support
• Conduct correspondence with customers and representatives
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities

Qualifications Required

• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
• Must be fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written French and English language skills.
• Some customer service experience required
• Fluent in French is required
• High School diploma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
• Organizational Skills: the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
• Bachelor's degree Preferred
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
