The ability to influence and shape the Project Management best practices and strategy on the team

PMP designation or 10 years’ program and/or project management of major, complex engagements managing cross functional programs and stakeholder groups

Thorough understanding of project management methodologies, principles and practices

Post secondary education in business or finance related field is considered an asset

Excellent and professional customer service skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A background in financial services , hospitality or contact centre experience is preferable

Excellent Microsoft Office skills and an ability to learn multiple computer systems

Meeting established service targets and providing superior and accurate customer service

Developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Inmar’s Services & Systems to perform tasks

Education / Demonstration of Inmar’s online applications to Clients & Industry

Cross Collaboration with other departments, not limited to, Operations, Shipping, IT, Finance, & Sales, supporting the different business units

File maintenance and accurate data entry

Post Secondary Education (College or University)

Positive, energetic person with experience working in the Customer Service or administration industry would be an asset

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Maintain client account integrity by performing sundry items as required

Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Familiar with Broadridge and other industry systems an asset (Webpost, AS400; OAM, BTS, COLD, etc)

Post-secondary education in finance, BCom, or economics preferred

Recent graduate in finance, BCom, or economics

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French

Analytical and critical thinking abilities

Bilingual Client Relations Representative (Remote)

Previous experience in customer service and energetic/professional phone presence

Ability to learn quickly and pick up new software coding (will be taught during training)

Follow call handling best practices to deliver Service Excellence

Resolve inbound service requests from internal and external clients utilizing ADP Reporting products

Fully Bilingual -- French & English

Effectively leverage Client Relationship Management tools to document actions and next steps

Be an advocate for RBC and RBC Royal Trust’s core service and product offerings

Exceptional client service capability and confidence in engaging clients through excellent written/verbal/electronic communication skills using a friendly, positive and professional tone

Ability to navigate between multiple systems with strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications

1-2 years of related experience

Knowledge of estate and trust services with the ability to maintain current on related issues
