Department: Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic partners, acting as a point of contact for any inquiries and concerns, escalating when necessary;
- Work closely with Employer Partnerships to ensure we are acquiring good-fit projects for academic institutions;
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with educators at partner institutions;
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that accounts are receiving exceptional customer service;
- Coordinate webinars, platform demos, meetings, and workshops to spread Riipen brand awareness at your partner institutions;
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings to support renewal and expansion discussions;
- Maintain and update client and account information in Hubspot, storing all relevant information in an organized and consistent manner;
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing academic accounts, ensuring that all needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner;
- Support account mapping and discussions with decision-makers to identify potential opportunity areas for account growth;
- Participate in active lead generation to support account growth targets, including designing and executing outreach campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations;
- Be comfortable presenting to both end users and decision-makers;
- Be able to inspire our customers to get excited about working with Riipen.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing relationship building, such as a customer support, account management, or sales role
- Have strong planning, organization, and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships both in person and remotely;
- Experience working in or closely with a SaaS business;
- Familiarity with the higher education market;
- Experience with HubSpot, G-Suite for Business.
