Job Description

Reporting to: ERP Senior BA


We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with experience in complex large-scale SAP ERP project implementations (Focus on Finance, Supply Chain & Human Resources Functional Areas) to supplement the ERP Business Analyst Team and be the conduit between Information Technology (IT) and the business for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation.


  • The BA will identify, document, and analyze requirements, document solutions, allocate requirements and make recommendations to achieve the desired future state with the new ERP workflow and solution.
  • The BA will develop test plans, support testing and assists with User Acceptance Testing processes. The BA will be responsible to manage and communicate changes, enhancements, modifications, and progression throughout various phases of the project life cycle to key stakeholders within IT and the functional business area.
  • The BA resource will partner with the business to identify, analysis and document business requirements for AGLC's ERP transformation projects. This includes, researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements to new ERP capabilities.
