What We Need

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in search of a Marketing Business Analyst. You will be a key contributor to our marketing success by leveraging your analytical skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate reports, track performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize marketing campaigns. This role requires proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and a deep understanding of funnel metrics, KPIs, forecasting, and lead lifecycle management. What You'll Do

• Supports process optimization and change management Project Management
• Knowledge of and ability to help create funnel metrics and other models used to support demand generation planning and execution.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to help shape strategy across marketing and measurement initiatives.
• Supports process and technology auditing and technology management Marketing Process
• Educate and evangelize across internal teams on analytics, insights and measurement by docs, knowledge documentation and delivering learning sessions. Document processes in a wider audience can understand them.
• Collaborate with the marketing automation team to optimize lead lifecycle processes and improve lead scoring accuracy.
• Supports with marketing measurement, reporting, and advanced analytics Marketing Technology Stack
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely reporting on expenditure. Ensure that spending is aligned with predefined targets
• Create and maintain funnel metrics to track lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline progression. Establish data tracking methods
• Build, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards on various platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot, to monitor campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
• Ability to use SQL, if necessary, to access data from disparate sources and join it with other data and tables and work within a Data Lake.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing analytics.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working with best-in-class attribution tools like Full Circle Insights, Bizible, or Salesforce.com Attribution and the ability to manage and optimize a multi-touch model.
• An understanding of ability in writing SQL queries and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on marketing data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven hands-on experience building out measurement frameworks combining descriptive analytics, modeled insights, and causal inference to make tactical recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel operations.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in budget management and forecasting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Expertise working with HubSpot, Salesforce.com, 6Sense and other leading Marketing tools.
