Proven hands-on experience building out measurement frameworks combining descriptive analytics, modeled insights, and causal inference to make tactical recommendations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, coordination, and resource management.

Client Relations and Account Management: Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction, including successful implementation of software solutions.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for marketing systems, translating them into clear specifications.

Solution Development: Support the development and implementation of marketing system solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.

While this is a remote position, you must be located in the Metro Vancouver area.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Marketing.

You have an understanding of Marketing standard methodologies, lead flow, and campaign management.

You proactively participate in trainings and events offered by Salesforce and the other vendors in our go-to-market stack

Experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions between Salesforce and its boundary applications.

Understanding of Salesforce Lightning standard methodologies (past experience with a Lightning migration and transformation is a plus).

You have strong problem solving, critical thinking, and design thinking skills.

You have good interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator and collaborator within your own team and beyond.

Assist the property management arm by performing duties and maintenance

You have experience in using Photoshop of Canva for digital content creation

Social Media knowledge and expertise

Strong analytical and communication skills

Create real estate specific social media and marketing plan to attract clients

Help in the creation and updating of pitch decks and presentations to prospective clients and/or capital investors

1-2 years’ experience, or recent graduates in business, marketing, or related field

Good verbal and written communications skills; ability to understand and convey technical information in a simple, clear manner

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Strong analytical ability with an interest in marketing strategy and competitive strategy

Team player who thrives in a cross-functional team environment

Openness to travel 10-20% for events and/or tradeshows
