WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

Reporting to the CCO, the Senior BI Analyst will be responsible for supporting Lynx Air’s Network Revenue Strategy. Looking both at past trends and future outlook, you will monitor and analyze Lynx Air’s network revenue performance providing meaningful insights and clear business recommendations in a holistic manner. You will be actively involved in providing insights on key performance indicators at all levels across Lynx Air’s Network with a close look at our competition.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Monitor and Analyze Network Profitability
• Support complex analysis required on an ad-hoc basis including network expansion (new destinations, frequency increases, up-gauging), connectivity analysis, route deep-dive analysis; building templates to allow for efficient repetition of any analysis performed
• Enhance current reporting and dashboard utilized across the commercial department
• Support commercial projects aimed at improving RASK across the network
• Closely monitor and analyze the competitive environment
• Support the analysis and identification of opportunities to generate incremental revenue across the Network
• Design and build the next-generation reporting tools for better decision-making and diffuse them across the Commercial Department
• Provide insights at Customer segments across the entire network
• Working closely with the RM team to ensure revenue optimization across the Network
• Actively communicate with RM, Network, and Schedule teams to drive focus in areas of opportunity, providing insights on key performance indicators on market trends
• Support the team on ad-hoc analysis, research, projects and presentations for Senior Management

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Possess skills in analysis and interpreting analysis for business decisions
• 5+ years of relevant experience ideally within Aviation or the travel industry managing (Processing and analyzing) voluminous data
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure & independently
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Possess advanced knowledge of Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook / PowerBI
