We are currently searching for an experienced Business Analyst to help develop and support our Business and Project Services Team. From researching progressive solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

You Will:

• Conduct systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Author and update documentation, formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
• Create and implement precise management plans for projects, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams

You Have:

• Possesses strong technical aptitude, can utilize no-code and low-code MS application development tools to build new business applications
• Possesses strong technical aptitude, proficient with Microsoft work management platforms (MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Bi, Power Apps, O365, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint)
• 7 Years’ of business analyst experience
• Project Demonstrated project management skills Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
• Extensive experience with data visualization and proven analytical abilities
• Experience in Oil and Gas Operations, Asset Management, generating process documentation and reports Required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and listening), with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• High proficiency in technical writing skill
• Bachelor's Degree either business or computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
