Our client is looking to fill a Permanent Business Analyst position to work along side of the project team. Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, performing user acceptance testing and application support
Note: To succeed in this role, individual should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Financial Software.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Knowledge of Questica Budget Software.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• The ability to Outlining problems and their respective solutions.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and OneNote.
• Experience with application support.
• Experience leading teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries and Extensive working knowledge of PowerBI (Mandatory)
• Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
