Digital Delivery Analyst is an application support that will assess problems, actively problem-solving these issues as they arise, and inform developers of these support requests.
Minimum requirements:

• Experience in analytic trouble shooting skills
• IT degree or equivalent with 3 years’ experience
• Experience in application support
• Exceptional customer service experience

Responsibilities:

• Liaison between IT and the business
• Testing application, provide quality assurance and resolving any queries
• Maintaining and updating technical and instruction manuals, policies, and procedures
• Assessing problem's and bring them to resolution
• Support of various business application
• Ensuring application compliance with all company, and regulatory policies.

Location and other Key Details:

• Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and ‘work from home’ flexibility. To learn more, speak to your recruiter
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
• You will work out of our Calgary head office or Fort McMurray
