• Formulate ways for the business to improve, based on previous research.
• Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Propose solutions to the leaders of the organization and keep them informed of progress.
• Contribute to the training and support of those affected by the new systems and processes.
• Ensure that changes are made – for example, overseeing the implementation of a new technology or approach.
• Use data modeling techniques to identify ways in which the organization, business unit or department can operate more efficiently.
• Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technologies or strategies.
• Explore the current functioning of the organization through research, which could include employee interviews and quantitative data collection.
• Communicate with senior management in the organization, business unit or department to find out what they hope to accomplish.
• Lead workshops and training.
• Create documents to describe the proposed changes and the steps involved.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in using CRM in sales, marketing in the manufacturing field, and the logistics of loading and transporting bulk materials and finished products in the manufacturing sector is an asset.
• Experience and knowledge in commercial and/or industrial construction project management.
• Time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Interest and understanding of project management techniques.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with at least 2 years of experience in an advisory role with business sectors with a view to aligning business needs and IT solutions.
• Knowledge of data systems and structures.
• Commercial awareness, business acumen.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, bills of material.
• Knowledge of Web portal, Web analyzes and statistics, management of social networks, campaigns, CRM are assets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with complex data and systems.
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field.
