As part of the TIS Business Relationship team, the Business Engagement Advisor acts as an intermediary between the business community and TIS teams (including internal teams and external technical vendors), working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, scope, develop and implement projects that deliver enabling technologies that meet the desired outcomes of the business needs and expectations. #joinourteam
What You Will Do
Strategic & Tactical Planning:

• Work with Business and TIS stakeholders to establish benefits realization plan for expected business benefits.
• Support the tactical alignment of projects and initiatives to better meet current and future business needs.

Relationship Building

• Foster and develop working relationships with business and TIS service teams ensuring excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for project and service updates and escalations.

Project Management

• Manage identified issues and proactively identify risks and undertake corrective operational, corporate or technology actions.
• Drive projects and programs delivery in conjunction with the Enbridge Project Management Office (EPMO)
• Provide project delivery assistance to manage stakeholder relationships, monitor deliverables and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Who You Are

• Experience leading business analysis and demand planning for solutions
• 4+ years of related experience in Business Relationship Management
• Hands-on experience with process design standards, as well as modeling, and analysis
• Experience managing project delivery for cross-functional business solutions
• Previous experience with the L&R is an asset.
• Related university degree OR a two-year technical diploma
• Ability to create compelling business cases and elicit benefit realization
• Experience managing RFP, RFP, and RFQs with support from L&R
• Experienced with organizational change, change management, and process improvement.
