IT Auditor III - (On site hybrid)
Location -Preferred Calgary , open to Edmonton, North York, Chatham
Contract role, 12 + months
Assesses adherence to IT Standards of various departments within an organization to ensure cybersecurity and compliance with internal policy and best practice.
Identifies improper records and documentation and researches issues and makes recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly.
Will work with Governance, Risk and Compliance staff to help reconcile discrepancies or support the TIS assurance function.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT audit field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
