Our client in Calgary SE is looking for a Customer service representative with a strong background in sales, a passion for finding solutions to customers’ unique challenges and to help your team be better, faster, smarter every day.
You'll need sharp computer skills and comfortable interacting on social media.
If you have savvy technical and communication skills, a strong will to learn and a desire to partner with others in a highly collaborative sales environment then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• You will help customers by sharing information about the products and services they need and by processing quotes and orders.
• Grow your skills and career through business and personal development courses and activities
• Source products through internal inventory system and by partnering with our suppliers and network of experts
• Maintain customer account information, for example, index cards and customer preferences
• Respond to RFQs; follow up to ask for the sale
• You’ll build customer relationships via telephone and email
• Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
• Wow your customers and team with your good attitude
• Resolve customer issues -- determine the cause, provide a solution, make necessary adjustments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate pricing that is competitive for your customer and profitable for the company
• Take product and service orders; suggest other products and services your customer might need
