The Finance Business Partner team supporting the Network Build & Operate (NBO) is an engaged team with a big mandate. As trusted partners to the NBO team, our Financial Planning & Analysis Finance team helps solve complex business challenges and help achieve operational and strategic goals. Our team is looking for YOU – some just as motivated about people as they are about financial analysis! You will be a fundamental contributor to our overall consolidated NBO reporting as well as assisting with direct business unit support. You will translate financial data into value-added reporting and high-level stories that ultimately help drive decision-making. Using your fresh eyes and creative approach, you will help to simplify and improve our processes. Here’s How

• Maintain SAP Hierarchy and organizational changes and manage the budge transfer process
• Act as a Finance Prime for assigned business unit with the support of a controller
• Identify, develop and implement process improvements through simplification and automation, to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for VP/SVP level presentations
• Complete ad-hoc investigations, analysis and reporting as required
• Lead the analysis and reporting of monthly, quarterly, yearly financial and performance metrics including variance explanations, which get to the reasons for the results; with the goal of enhancing business understanding and decision-making
• Assist with the consolidating reporting for the whole NBO team including Budget, Triage, Strat Check and monthly results

• Able to effectively problem-solve, manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset
• Appreciated for owning and proactively addressing challenges and issues
• Valued for your ability to develop and maintain partnerships with business unit stakeholders throughout the organization in an influential and advisory role
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Demonstrate ownership, initiative, showing a sense of urgency and self-direction
• Recognized as a strong collaborative team player (strategic and creative thinker who always comes up with innovative ideas and solutions)

Great-to-haves

• Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion, SAP S4 Hana knowledge would be an asset
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel and Access to build complex IF type of statements, code macros) and Google Suite
• Experience in the telecommunications, IT-systems and/or security sector
