In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounting Department and to the partners of the firm, assisting with client billing, data
entry, working with Excel spreadsheets, day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our remote workforce.

- Creating and monitoring client billing, including the generation of invoices from SalesForce and Microsoft Excel, manipulation of PDF documents and allocation of
- Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic records.
- Support remote team members, addressing their administrative needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, editing, and proofreading.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Enter data into a client management and accounting platform using SalesForce.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain partners' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual events.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dedicated office space is required ( you are constantly meeting clients and customers virtually )
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Highly proficient working with Excel Spreadsheets.
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools, such as video conferencing platforms,
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with team members at all
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
