Accounting Manager [Accountant Staffing]

We're seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounting Manager with full cycle accounting experience to join our long-standing reputable client in the Valley. This is a permanent opportunity offering a hands-on role with supervision over one junior staff member.

The incumbent will manage and oversee all accounting and financial functions of a group of companies, including accounts payable/receivable, intercompany transactions, general ledger, cash flow, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will need to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and work with all members of the team.

Experience & Attributes For Success

• 5+ years' experience in a full cycle accounting role
• Previous experience in project focused, home construction environments is ideal
• CPA Designation is an asset
• Independent worker with strong multi-tasking abilities
• Dependable and adaptable (willingness to pitch-in where needed)
• Above average organizational and time management skills
• Post-secondary education in business or accounting at the college or university level
