The impact you will have:

You have several years of sourcing and recruitment experience and play the role of strategic partner to the stakeholders you work with daily.

The Talent Advisor brings the recruitment process to life with proactive communication, forward thinking and the desire to really learn and understand the business areas you support. You are seen as a “go to” for the hiring leaders on all things talent acquisition and truly facilitate a clearly defined process.

This individual consistently leverages all internal and external resources and tools while always approaching each search with an innovative lens.

The Talent Advisor is responsible for partnering with hiring leaders across Softchoice to source, assess and advise on top talent. There will be a primary focus for this role on our inside sales recruitment, which is a critical hub in our business! This individual will also partner in the recruitment of other areas of our organization including, outbound sales, all corporate roles, operations, and some technical roles too!

What you’ll do:

• Strategic sourcing and leveraging/executing all available talent marketing tools and programs.
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for early to mid-career professional hires.
• Actively building business acumen
• Provide a “best in class” candidate and hiring leader experience.
• Participate and support talent acquisition projects as required.
• Collaborate with other members of the talent acquisition and the People & Culture team.
• Embrace our organizational diversity goals in each search process by sourcing diverse candidate slates for each role and guiding hiring leaders through diverse candidate selection.
• Drive the successful hiring within Inside Sales as well as partner with the leadership team through weekly updates, collaboration, and achieving hiring metrics.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Solution oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Successfully managed several competing priorities while meeting expected timelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility! This team wears many hats, and we need you to as well!
• 3+ years of full cycle talent acquisition advisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced culture
