Some Of What You Will Do
The Senior Manager, Advisory Services Business Intelligence oversees program financials, providing insights and recommendations impacting business initiatives and growth. In this role, you help identify business opportunities and develop a customer value proposition aligned with corporate objectives through financial and non-financial analysis. This role requires strong leadership and business acumen, and an ability to understand the services market and how to foster productive relations with our partners to drive profitable revenue. You will have P&L accountabilities, lead a team focused on building long term services growth while collaborating closely with affiliate partners and internal stakeholders to support a diversifying service offering and develop effective business models designed to drive revenue and market share growth.
Specifically, You Will

• Perform financial modelling, simulations, sensitivity analysis, and testing
• Negotiate commercial agreements, financial terms, service requirements and manage vendor relationships from onboarding through performance management.
• Prepares business cases to demonstrate incremental value potential to the business, and present proposals to executive team and garner support from other key stakeholders.
• Define and execute a strategy focused on improving our service offering and profitability of same.
• Lead a team of analysts to standardized reporting and analysis requests for department.
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and summarize it to present meaningful information to various stakeholders and at executive level.
• Develop long range strategies and plans to build growth and momentum in technology portfolio
• Work with business partners to identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities, and communicate recommendations to drive decision-making through analytics
• Establish a SMB assortment as necessary in support of technology strategy
• Ability handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Monitor trends in the industry, analyze market share data, and gaps in current service portfolio, scope, research, and prepare specifications on potential new business opportunities.
• Assists with M&A initiatives that implicate partnerships and spearheads due diligence of target companies
• Prepares business cases analyzing new business opportunities including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Perform monthly and quarterly sales reviews focused on sales, budget and margin dollars.
• Establish and monitor program objectives and KPIs for new opportunities and demonstrate immediate performance improvement with quantitative and qualitative reporting and make adjustments as required.

Some Of What You Need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to articulate ideas and inspire commitment, strong influence
• Ability to interpret large amounts of financial and non-financial data and summarize it to present meaningful information to various levels of management
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in a vendor management, partnership, or merchandising role, or related experience.
• Experience in launching new lines of business, services, products, and partnerships
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint mandatory and experience in building Excel Macros is preferred
• Experience working on cross functional teams, leading a team of direct reports, and influencing other stakeholders.
• Post-secondary degree with a focus on Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-10 years of retail or technology experience preferred in strategic role(s)
• Strong analytics and business acumen, to be able to assess needs and translate them into strategy & action plans
• Experience in modeling business cases and building management reports
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle change in a dynamic work environment
• Knowledge and proficient in the use of data analytical tools such as SQL, Looker, Power BI, Excel, and Access
• Experience presenting business cases and strategy plans for executives
• 3 to 5 years experience as a Senior Analyst, or similar role, including budgeting and planning experience
