The primary responsibilities of Senior Manager of HR Canada and North America HR Operations include:

People - resource to help facilitate the dialogue, skills, and structures needed to strengthen the team.

6+ years of increasing HR experience, covering employee relations and HR operations.

Recent experience in a biosimilars, pharmaceutical or life sciences company supporting a field sales group is a big plus.

Develops and manages comprehensive information management systems; designs and/or leads initiatives to improve processes, analysis and reporting.

Collaborates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes.

Supports management of processes using established methodologies and tools/system/technology.

Prepare executive presentation materials for internal & external meetings, including Management Board and Board of Director meetings

7-10 years of relevant work experience in a strategy or analytical setting

Lead the overall planning process by working with the Market leadership team and central support functions (e.g., marketing, e-commerce, loyalty, etc.)

Lead and handle various strategic projects & initiatives within the division; support enterprise projects as required

Champion business cases supporting product listing structures/offerings and prices through affiliate and global approval processes.

Experience in market access focused within: diabetes / oncology / immunology / neuroscience drugs is strongly preferred.

Own and advocate for the Canadian PRA strategy ensuring alignment and support across functions, and with leadership locally and globally.

Partner with a field-based access team and cross-functional members to execute access strategies and tactics.

Develop a clear and concise narrative around the PRA strategy and financial assessment.

Lead and/or support the implementation of new and/or revised accounting or reporting requirements.

CPA with 10 years of experience with public companies and/or audit firms

Strong IFRS accounting expertise and consolidation knowledge in a multi-currency, multi-site environment

Solid understanding of consolidation workflows, tools, and controls with, ideally, a system implementation or major upgrade project experience

Experience with OneStream and Workiva a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English

Manage customer order releases, ensure proper approvals are attained

Manage Month end closure, ensure accounts are reconciled and approvals and in place.

Manage and providing support to Credit & Accounts Receivable staff and ensuring processed and procedures are per policies

Manage accounts on Credit Hold. Ensure order releases are aligned with credit limits and on timely manner & proper approvals

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics

Certified Credit Professional qualification or similar

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

2 years of prior marketing/project/communications management experience.

Marketing/Analytical skills to include accessing and interpreting IRI/AC Nielson data, post-promotion analysis and category management.

10+ years experience in data center operations, maintenance, and engineering supporting critical facilities operations.

Experience with CMMS and BAC preferred.

Strong understanding, commitment and proven implementation experience in OSHA safety programs and processes.

Canadian market experience is required.
