About the Role:
Responsible for leading in-plant deployment of new routines in lean processes, site teams, in proper development and execution of Daily Management Systems and enable plant leaders to roll-out process to remainder of lines in plant.
  • Design and implement KPI reporting.
  • Oversee centralized training program.
  • Influence program strategic direction.
  • Lead program reporting activities (KPI tracking, goal setting, impact valuation).
  • Develop and coordinate TMOS for line-centric and site teams.
  • Meetings and huddles, centerline management, rapid changeover, problem solving tools, clean-inspect-lubricate, defect handling, maintenance planning and scheduling and others where applicable.
  • Initiate pillar meeting cadence and integrate reports into weekly steering meeting.
  • Plan and schedule update meetings with senior management to review pain points and develop solutions.
  • Teach teams how to utilize new tools and routines, ensure LCTs or performance improvement teams can execute and teach routines independently
  • Engage with teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee deployment of TMOS Daily Management Systems.
  • Coordinate trainings from deployment teams across sites and assist in development of program content.
  • Oversee objectives and adjust priorities to deliver Lean value ambitions.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent position located as Work From Home, Ontario Canada. There is up to 80% travel requirements for this role.
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
  • Technical knowledge of THS network, processes, and product category trends
  • Proven data and analytics skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well and communicate with others
  • Knowledge / expertise of area processes and systems
  • Demonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations
  • Experience and understanding of TMOS (Lean / six sigma)
  • CI knowledge and experience
  • Experience leading and coaching teams
  • Brings strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field)
  • Must be willing to travel to sites weekly Monday-Thursday when needed to provide on-site support
  • Strong leadership and program management
  • Manufacturing leadership experience (1-3 years plant leadership level)
  • Demonstrates good analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive insights
  • Experience and understanding of Lean Production System principles
  • Proven presentation and communication skills
