Requires Operations Improvement consulting experience

Lead consulting workstreams (Senior Consultants) and/or multi-site engagements (Managers)

Manage teams ranging from 2-10 consultants at clients across North America

- Leverage your knowledge of Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities, creating valuable visualizations that empower decision-makers.

- Familiarity with data collection, spreadsheet management, and database integration processes.

- Leverage your engineering and asset knowledge

- Minimum 7 years of experience working as a technical BA (preferably within an asset intensive organization)

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in data-centric roles.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams seamlessly.

HR Knowledge Development, Management & Maintenance

Support the education and transfer of knowledge within the team.

Process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean Six Sigma) or other Lean education or relevant experience.

Alternative combination of education and experience may be considered.

Deep understanding of data management, HRIS platform technologies (Workday preferred but not required).

Significant experience in a regulatory, clinical development & technology function in pharma, biotech or national health authorities

Experience in leading large-scale business/digital transformation & organizational change programmes using agile methodologies in a multi-national environment

Effective Project/Portfolio and resource leadership skills, networking with broad range of customers and team members

Strong knowledge on ETL process

Good understanding and working knowledge on Data Flows

BA with Capital Market JD:

Strong on SQL, queries, and Managing Jira

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to deliver complex work through other colleagues and functions

Clearly present and communicate plans and proposal to key stakeholders including senior management

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in consumer-packaged goods (tissue, diapers and/or food) required.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or relevant certification

Manage and set the agenda & targets for Operational Excellence, from strategic planning to the execution of kaizens and improvement initiatives.

Hands on experience with successful Lean Manufacturing implementations and cultural shift.

Solid experience with problem-solving methods such as A3s, 8Ds

Drive improvements based on the company's Operational Excellence program at the factory level.

Implement and achieve results through fostering a strong continuous improvement culture.
