Operational Excellence Consultants – Senior Consultants & Managers

• Salaries starting circa $130k (dependent on experience) + great bonus + benefits

• Requires Operations Improvement consulting experience

As they continue with their strategy to grow 25% per year until 2030, the need has arisen to hire additional SC / M level candidates to lead on client workstreams and engagements.
Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Own and build senior client relationships.
• Manage teams ranging from 2-10 consultants at clients across North America
• Lead consulting workstreams (Senior Consultants) and/or multi-site engagements (Managers)
• Support, develop and upskill junior consultant teams.

Typical Projects Include

• Improving theater availability in hospital environments
• Increasing production output in food & beverage manufacturing
• Defining and managing the ‘critical path’ in shipbuilding
• Identifying and delivering rapid profit improvement across multiple sectors
• Designing restocking processes and procedures in retailers

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience (6-9 years for managers) in a relevant field, e.g., operations strategy, supply chain, continuous improvement, etc.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Business etc. from a leading university.
• Experience within management consulting.
• Line management experience in a project-driven environment.
