Job Description

Beneva Group has recently been retained by a highly regarded manufacturing company to hire their next Operational Excellence Coach. This individual is tasked with driving change and Lean Transformation for this exceptional team. This role will be a part of the Factory Management Team, reporting to the Director of Operations at a cutting-edge facility.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and achieve results through fostering a strong continuous improvement culture.
  • Lead training events and ensure the continuous development of Lean maturity levels.
  • Act as an agent of change to achieve tangible business results.
  • Manage and set the agenda & targets for Operational Excellence, from strategic planning to the execution of kaizens and improvement initiatives.
  • Drive improvements based on the company's Operational Excellence program at the factory level.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated change management competencies.
  • Hands on experience with successful Lean Manufacturing implementations and cultural shift.
  • Cross-functional communication skills
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Solid experience with problem-solving methods such as A3s, 8Ds
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or relevant certification
  • Obeya Management System experience
  • Proficient in Lean training and coaching
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant industries, such as process, industrial, or engineering, with a proven track record of driving effective changes.



Location: This position based in the Greater Toronto Area. Relocation assistance is available.
