Manage and set the agenda & targets for Operational Excellence, from strategic planning to the execution of kaizens and improvement initiatives.

Hands on experience with successful Lean Manufacturing implementations and cultural shift.

Solid experience with problem-solving methods such as A3s, 8Ds

Drive improvements based on the company's Operational Excellence program at the factory level.

Implement and achieve results through fostering a strong continuous improvement culture.
