In this role, you will:

• Employ appropriate methodologies (ie six sigma) to optimize Babcock Canada’s Marine processes to achieve optimum output for Marine Services
• Establish a plan to achieve alignment between the Babcock International Operational Excellence Initiative and the Babcock Canada Business
• Communicate change and Operational Excellence initiatives to the Babcock workforce
• Be accountable for the execution of this plan and business implementation
• Establish and lead a continuous improvement process for Babcock Canada

The ideal candidate brings:

• You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
• Experience with the implementation of Operational Excellence processes and practices
• A University Degree in Engineering or Business
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including writing formal reports, and creating presentations
• Experience within the Defence and or the Marine Industries
• Academic qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Operational Excellence
