Previous new product launch experience. In-depth knowledge of the new product planning process and Canadian market dynamics in launching a products

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Politics or related

Excellent technical skills vis-à-vis compliance systems and software; excellent IT literacy.

3-5 years of leadership experience in AML compliance.

Strong business acumen and analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills

Create the GTM operational planning document that highlights our key sale motions, key segments, priorities, quota menu, and territory density ranges.

Develop optimized organizational structure and design models for GTM execution.

Update and expand the revenue excellence model and ensure execution and roll-out thereof to the field.

Spearheading change management as various tools and processes are rolled out

Experience building and rolling out global support processes

Scoping areas for improvement and planning accordingly

Building various global tooling and systems

Designing and implementing processes and workflows across all mega regions

Analysing data and driving insights to key stakeholders where necessary

Deliver presentations to client management at the audit opening and closing meetings.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or another related field. An advanced degree is also preferred.

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Establish the objective and scope of the audit engagement.

Staying on top of emerging trends, deepening corporate knowledge, and strategizing corporate initiatives in a specific health services area.

Three to four years of progressive and varied administrative experience.

People skills.This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with various teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Have experience with process improvement, including process mapping and documentation of procedures.

Have knowledge of the Plan, Do, Study, Act methodology.

Have experience working with people via distance.

Experience in Change Management (Prosci®ADKAR experience and/or certification preferred).

Project and/or program management experience.

Strong time management, presentation, communication and organizational skills.

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications or relevant experience:

Minimum of eight years of experience in business operations and/or manufacturing plant leadership.

University or College degree with a concentration in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
