Experience with the implementation of Operational Excellence processes and practices

Experience within the Defence and or the Marine Industries

Academic qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Operational Excellence

Superior verbal and written communication skills, including writing formal reports, and creating presentations

Assist in machine changeovers referencing the reman orders for order requirements.

Excellent critical thinking skills, willing to “think outside the box”.

Strong team player with the ability to self-manage and prioritize.

Ensure that a shift plan is in place and machines are set up prior to the start of the shift.

Adjusts machine for cutting depth and feed rate according to thickness and species of product.

Staying on top of emerging trends, deepening corporate knowledge, and strategizing corporate initiatives in a specific health services area.

Three to four years of progressive and varied administrative experience.

People skills.This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with various teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Have experience with process improvement, including process mapping and documentation of procedures.

Have knowledge of the Plan, Do, Study, Act methodology.

Have experience working with people via distance.
