Leader Name: Sr Analyst Leader, Accounts Payable/Receivable

As ATB's next Sr AR/AP Analyst with Accounting Operation, you will be the subject matter expert in Accounts Payable(AP), Accounts Receivable(AR) and Concur Expense Management. You will provide accounting and technical support to the Accounting Operations team to enable smooth operations in the business processes across multiple tools and platforms.

• This is a 5-month term opportunity with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly KPI reporting
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members with regards to data and reporting
• Maintain system operations related to GL, profit/cost centers
• Month-end accounting and reporting processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Run ad-hoc data reporting and analysis, translate the information into insights that drives decision making
• Update and maintain process documentation
• Provide end-to-end support for new business initiatives
• Monthly reconciliation of internal accounts
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for payment related inquiries

Requirements

• Strong analytical and interpretive skills to effectively present and communicate data to different levels of audiences
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and initiate action
• A University Degree, preferably in the business, financial or economics
• Proficiency with Google suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs) and Excel
• Proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools
• 1-3 years experience in accounting/finance related fields
• Hunger for learning and taking up new skills
• Working knowledge of ERP tools such as SAP
