• This is a 12 month term opportunity

As ATB's next Practice Consultant, reporting to the Leader, Technology Support, you get the opportunity to work with a team of Technology Support specialists who support Relationship Managers to grow their Salesforce tool and technical skills to better serve our clients.

Practice Consultant Accountabilities

• Uncover practice issues, what do we need to improve user experience/input skills/understanding
• Identify Salesforce, and other system issues and recommend process improvements
• Provide practice support to team members, including Salesforce, and other technologies
• Attend meetings as required to discuss findings and solutions for Salesforce and other technologies, as necessary
• Identify areas of improvement within learning resources, job aids and other process documents
• Handle team member inquiries, concerns, and complaints expertly by resolving them in a timely manner
• Monitor QA Queue, review quality of inputs and document findings

Requirements

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a confident, tactful and a persuasive demeanor
• Demonstrated knowledge of the drivers of business cash flow and how to apply basic principles of effective cash flow management
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrated success with building collaborative relationships both virtually and in person
• A growth mindset around technology
• Experience with financial analysis and credit structuring recommendations
• Strong Salesforce tool expertise
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Ability to evaluate the attractiveness of new business opportunities
• 2-3 years previous experience in banking to small and medium sized enterprises
• Post secondary education in business, agriculture or related equivalent experience
