Summary:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics plays a key role on the Marketing Analytics team, supporting all of Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Finance to perform analysis, deliver customer insights, develop data visualization approaches to support and advance data-based decision making for Enercare’s Home Services Division. They will collaborate with the Marketing team on projects to achieve marketing goals related to customers, products, and campaigns. The manager will be driving analytics that are used to develop strategies and tactics to advance core KPIs - customer upsell, cross sell, engagement, and retention.
The individual will work through all phases of analytic requests from identifying requirements to assembling key information to applying statistical and analytic techniques to interpreting findings to preparing and presenting findings. They will work closely with business partners across the business including the Data Strategy and Analytics Team and the Information Technology team..
This position is supported by the Director of Marketing Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop predictive models against core outcomes by using advanced analytics
- Communicate results in a concise and effective manner to ensure that business partners understand levers to drive business performance
- Recommend opportunities to to drive core KPIs (cross sell/upsell, retention) by utilizing statistical techniques
- Design, develop and support solutions to measure product portfolios
- Develop methodologies for attribution of sales to marketing tactics
- Conduct analysis on pricing and offer strategies.
- Design and implement processes to deliver data-based decision making through the planning, in-market and post implementation assessment phases of Marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team on customer segmentation strategies
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Developed reporting solutions using web marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Google Ad Words
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in delivering analytic results for a marketing or sales team.
- Proven track record of developing analytic presentations to drive action for business units
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivering analytic results in a data-driven organization.
- Applied Advanced statistical techniques using Python, R, or SAS in a real business application
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with using Microsoft SQL Server technology
- Degree with emphasis in quantitative analysis
- Experience with a range of Data Visualization Tools - Power BI, other
- Strong business acumen, with an excellent understanding of marketing, sales, and financial processes.
- Subscription-based consumer-facing business experience is required (telco, home services, energy, banking)
