Support and evolve the Advanced Analytics and Data Management capabilities towards empowering citizen data scientists in the business

5+ years management experience required with demonstrated success building, developing and leading a high performing team

Experience in modeling and analysis including machine learning, statistical analysis, operations research, management science and data mining

5-7 years of professional experience with PBI and Azure

Experience with fraud management platform such as PRM/TSYS/VCAS strongly desired

Strong communication skills essential with clients, vendors and management

Experience with statistical software such as SQL, SAS and/or Knowledge Seeker

Participate in discussions with IT partners and vendors on requirements and solution design

Own the development of fraud forecasting and provide insight to fraud operations and business leaders

Strong time management, ability to multi-task, while being results oriented and team focused;

Experience effectively working in a global matrix team, across a range of functions, seniority and geography;

Assisting with updating the Risk Coverage Matrix;

Creation and maintance of dashboards used for analysis and monitoring;

Completion of Master’s Degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health, Data Science or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Working knowledge of health care funding methodologies (HBAM and QBP) and health care reporting requirements (e.g. OHRS and MIS guidelines)

Commit to, and actively work to remain knowledgeable and up-to-date in the assigned field;

Three (3) or more years of experience in a healthcare environment including experience preparing analyses of operational, and quality measures;

Support the Client Lead to define metrics and success criteria for program impact
