Position: Senior Manager, Client Services for Leading Investment Firm

Overview of the Business/What Makes This Role Great?
Our client is a well respected investment firm with over $24Bil assets under management. Due to internal promotions, they are continuing to build their team to deliver exceptional service to Canadian retail investors.
The Role
As a member of the management team directly reporting to the Vice President, Client Services you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the advisor service center. You will engage and support the Team Leaders through guidance and coaching to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the center while providing quality service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive project initiatives to increase improved efficiencies across al levels.
- Collaborate with key executives to create service standards for both quality and productivity measures.
- Responsible for the overall strategic direction of the advisor center by proactively contributing to the streamlining of processes, participating in various projects, and coaching and mentoring the department to ensure quality standards are being met.
- Execute staffing strategies including career development plans for the advising service center personnel and implementing staffing pipelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of financial services experience with 3 of those being in a Manager role.
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Mutual funds knowledge and experience is a MUST
- Coaching of management level Team Leaders is a MUST
- Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate staff with leadership skills
- CSC/IFIC licenses preferred
