3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1 to 7 years large firm Financial Services Associate experience

Financial Services Associate Lawyer for National Firm in Toronto with experience in:

Domestic and Cross-Border Financing Transactions

All other matters as required

Member good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction

Strong people management skills to partner with cross functional teams to drive process improvements

Minimum 7 years of financial services experience with 3 of those being in a Manager role.

Mutual funds knowledge and experience is a MUST

Coaching of management level Team Leaders is a MUST

Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate staff with leadership skills

Collaborate with key executives to create service standards for both quality and productivity measures.

Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage customer expectations

Create and maintain fully developed relationships with strategic partners, including knowledge of their products, services and special programs

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Ideal if you have experience selling Microsoft Azure solutions

Qualify new sales opportunities consistently and demonstrate accurate sales forecasting

Consistently attain a minimum monthly gross profit and a quarterly Sales Quota.

Revenue generation through new Client development and key account management.

Must haveExperience in Conversion of Clients for Recruitment firms

Experience of Sales in Recruitment companies/platforms
