They have award winning-level partnerships with industry-leading technology manufacturers, and have won multiple awards for being one of Canada's Best Workplaces.
They are looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager for the Canadian territory to join their growing team to focus on acquiring new accounts as well as grow existing business. They are offering a lucrative compensation plan consisting of base salary plus bonus, with aggressive accelerators and additional perks for exceeding targets.
About the Role:
- Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and execute Microsoft marketing campaigns and "sell with" initiatives
- Manage Microsoft communications and reporting including newsletters and win wires to further promote our brand and create awareness of our leading capabilities and client success
- Develop a deep understanding of all Microsoft programs that can help unlock benefits and resources to drive demand for their services
- Establish a framework for measuring and monitoring our Microsoft impact including lead generation, certifications and attribution
- Build and manage a business plan that promotes our brand and creates wide Microsoft recognition of our market leading digital studio model with the Global Partner Ecosystem, industry and field teams
- Optimize and manage the Microsoft incentives (attribution) programs to maximize our alliance impact
- Partner with our leadership team to ensure GTM messaging aligns with Microsoft FY priorities and industry clouds
- Work with the Digital Studios to elevate their Cloud Partner Program status including relevant Solution Partner Designation, Advanced Specializations and PAC participation
About You:
- 5+ years working in the Microsoft partner channel
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to partner with GTM, digital studios and business development teams to shape company alliance strategy
- Bachelors degree in business, computer science or related field
- Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to evaluate the potential impact of new technology on the company strategy
- Experience leading alliances for organizations with aggressive growth agendas
- Must be entrepreneurial and have strong marketing instincts
