Senior Sales Executive - Microsoft Professional Services Firm

Our client is a Canadian based, IT services firm serving the financial services sector. They deliver cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions that help their clients achieve optimal digital business transformation. They have award winning-level partnerships with industry-leading technology manufacturers, and have won multiple awards for being one of Canada's Best Workplaces.

They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive located in the GTA to join their growing team to focus on acquiring new accounts as well as grow existing business within the Tier 1 & 2 banking sector. They are offering a lucrative compensation plan consisting of base salary, and uncapped commission, with aggressive accelerators and additional perks for exceeding targets.

About the Role:

• Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage customer expectations
• Consistently attain a minimum monthly gross profit and a quarterly Sales Quota.
• Work with customers to obtain a deep understanding of their technological framework and needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands
• Create and maintain fully developed relationships with strategic partners, including knowledge of their products, services and special programs
• Qualify new sales opportunities consistently and demonstrate accurate sales forecasting
• Develop product and services proposals, quotes and RFP responses, including contracts and product leases

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• MUST have 8+ years selling Technology/IT Services, selling to IT executives at a senior level within the Tier 1 & 2 banking sector across Canada
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric perspective
• Ideal if you have experience selling Microsoft Azure solutions
• Professional, self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude
