Investment Analyst/Associate Jobs

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our client's esteemed team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the investment banking division, playing a pivotal role in executing a range of financial and strategic transactions within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage data rooms, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Engage actively in the due diligence process, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of compelling marketing materials, prospectuses, and offering memoranda.
• Contribute to the development of investment theses and strategic insights, considering industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior investment bankers to support the execution of capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and advisory transactions.
• Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide informed recommendations and insights.
• Prepare due diligence materials, presentations, and other documents essential for client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientific consultants, equity researchers, and legal professionals, to ensure holistic client solutions.
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and financial presentations for client proposals and pitch materials.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and market research to assist in formulating investment strategies and recommendations for clients.
