Practical experience in sterile cell culture and cell analysis techniques (live/dead cell counting, flow cytometry, microscopy, and imaging)

Hands on experience with Western Blots, 3D cell culture, and/or pluripotent stem cells is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft office or Google Workspace, experience with Graphpad is considered an asset

Contribute to project, goal, and experiment planning and execution

Acquire reagents, perform lab-based experiments, troubleshoot unexpected outcomes, complete data analysis, and present of results in slide and report formats

Onboard new techniques with limited training

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics)

Pursuing/interest in Chartered Financial Analyst or other finance/risk training or designation.

Assist with workstreams relating to CPP Investments’ legal entity management system functionalities

Support the Manager in the pre-close/structuring and ongoing maintenance of new investments, exits and restructurings, which includes:

Investment management and value addition in portfolio companies in line with the Company’s value add framework and investment approach

Successful completion of an undergrad in Finance, Economic with strong quantitative background and analytical skills

Have broad experience with the early stage venture ecosystem and language of the industry

Collaboration Management: Oversee collaboration efforts with partners, ensuring joint projects are executed effectively and that mutual benefits are maximized

Contribute to the entire project lifecycle including: due diligence performance, negotiation and post-investment management

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively to external partners

Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and opportunities in the Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technology sectors

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 space. This could include new markets, products, or services
