Role Overview
Beringer Capital is seeking an analytical self-starter to join the firm’s investment team as an Analyst. The selected candidate will be involved in numerous activities including:
·Evaluating the attractiveness of potential investment opportunities by conducting industry & firm research, building sophisticated financial models, analyzing due diligence materials, and preparing internal support documents for the firm’s Investment Committee.
·Providing ongoing support to Beringer Capital’s portfolio companies though a variety of strategic, operational and financial projects.
·Being a key point of contact with external partners including consultants, brokers and financial counterparties.
·Collaborating with other Beringer Capital team members on various ad-hoc projects related to the firm’s operations and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
·1-2 years of experience in private equity, corporate & investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance or accounting.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and timelines.
·Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.
·Analytical thinking skills with a solid understanding of accounting and financial modeling concepts.
·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
·An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or engineering with a strong record of academic performance.
·Willingness to work both remotely and in-office depending on safety considerations.
