Sales And Client Services Manager

Bond Consulting Group is a leader in the SR&ED Sector, a professional services firm that is growing at a rapid pace.

We are seeking Sales and Client Services Manager.

The person in this role must have 5 years of SR&ED experience. SR&ED is the name of the largest and most important corporate tax incentive program in Canada. The program rewards businesses that achieve an advancement in knowledge in fields of science, medicine and technology.

The professional in this role is tasked with managing a sales team, and assessing large volumes of candidate clients that are seeking to engage with Bond Consulting Group.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a sales team of 4, including 3 SR&ED assessment specialists, and 1 Account Executive
• Regular communications with the CEO about execution of sales strategies
• Onboard all new clients
• Follow internal processes
• Deliver webinars to industry groups
• Pursue marketing programs defined by management
• Coordinate marketing activities
• Distribute leads to sales team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Experience:

• SR&ED: 3 years (preferred)
• B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
