Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a management consulting company. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for 18 months who will be assisting with the the external reporting for the company.


JOB DESCRIPTION


Senior Financial Analyst, External Reporting

  • Quarterly review and annual audit work with external auditors
  • Corporate month end close journal entries (accruals, stock based comp, lease accounting, inter-company)
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for multiple entities and multiple currencies
  • Would like to get this role involved in technical accounting, depending on the quality of the candidate
  • Quarterly financial statement preparation, including note support

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail as well as both technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • CPA Designation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance
  • Minimum 3 -4 years work experience, preferably with a “Big 4 or Mid Sized Public Accounting Firm.
