- Be part of a broader team influencing and engaging with our customer communities
- Join a team of talented, dynamic and customer-centric communications experts
- Report to the Director of Customer Communications
- Deliver communications programs that directly affect our customers’ experiences and success
- Connect strategically across the business, including customer experience, global communications, product innovation and sales teams
- Strong writing and editing expertise with a keen eye for brand style and tone
- Team player who thrives in an agile and inclusive work environment
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience in communications or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Demonstrate an ability to think strategically, critically and creatively
- Ability to influence others and collaborate across different groups internally to achieve results
- Aptitude for execution, prioritizing projects and deliverables with the biggest positive impact on our customers and business
- Desire to learn about communications platforms and trends, as well as emerging opportunities that enhance the customer experience
- Ability to work in our Frisco, TX or Toronto office 1-2 days per week
- Passionate about delivering customer-centric, easy-to-understand communications that drive brand loyalty, reputation and growth
- “Can-do” proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
