Senior Analyst, Financial Services Group

The Position

Continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Financial Services Group.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work related to project deliverables on time
• Act as a liaison between business units
• Execute clients’ needs and requirements as specified by project plan
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
• Providing project support while upholding the company’s mission and vision, and adhering to its standards
• Support project planning and administration
• Support internal projects, as needed
• Participate in proposals development and other sales support activities as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree, MBA, CFA or other relevant designations; or equivalent experience
• Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and committed to developing their career
• Prior banking and financial services experience, is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Innovative and dynamic. Brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business
• Required Education: Related University Degree
• Self directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
