Position Overview
Resilient by Design Podcast host and Interior Design business coach Rebecca Hay is looking for an experienced sales & marketing manager to be her right hand. This needs to be someone who gets the world of digital launches and online marketing. Someone who is confident in their ability to lead, delegate, and stay on top of lots of moving pieces.

Hours/Place of Work
This role is full-time and hybrid. It's a mix of work-from-home as well as in-person collaboration & involves working Monday-Frday.
During course launch periods (typically a maximum of two weeks at a time), the whole team goes into the all-hands-on-deck mode. This means working evenings and weekends until the job is done, and it may even mean doing tasks that aren’t normally contained within the job description of this role. For many, this can be some of the most challenging and rewarding work that we do.
Our studio is located in North York (Toronto) and it is always open and available for our team to use. We enjoy in-person connection and encourage our teammates to come in a work one day/week at our studio if at all possible. There are times throughout the year we meet for in-person collaboration & events, so some travel in the GTA may be required.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions
- Set up webinars in Zoom, download recordings, and send replays to attendees
- Create canva graphics for all platforms (courses, facebook groups & social platforms) & delegate when appropriate
- Basic copywriting for social media, course content & email newsletters
- Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage content on both Teachable & Searchie platforms
- Take ownership of annual and quarterly sales goals, strategizing what needs to happen to reach these goals.
- Track metrics for all platforms (wordpress, Email, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, facebook Groups, Pinterest)
- Tracking course and membership sales and create strategies for growth
- Create new funnels including, podcast freebies, opt-in pages, sales pages, lead magnets, and emails.
- Manage our email marketing campaigns and dig into the data to make sure everything we put out is performing optimally (open rates, click-throughs etc). Write & schedule emails in Active Campaign.
- Manage and strategize affiliate marketing for our online courses using Rewardful & Shopify platforms.
- Build out strategy for the podcast with Rebecca to align with marketing goals Generate podcast revenue through acquiring & managing paid sponsorships
- Take charge and organize live launch projects /marketing campaigns& Rebecca's marketing calendar.
- Email communication with potential podcast guests & select best guests based on marketing initiatives and community needs.
- Oversee website strategy, maintenance & updates
- Strategize & pitch Rebecca for podcast guesting opportunities & speaking engagements ie. industry trade shows
