We are currently looking for a sales Manager who will work out of the Grand @ 101 office located in Fergus, Ontario. Reporting to the General Manager you will lead a team of Account Managers helping local businesses grow.

What you will do

·Work with your team to Increase revenue from existing and prospective clients through sale of radio airtime and digital strategies utilizing research, client needs analysis, marketing information, presentations, new accounts, creative concepts, team selling and sharing of ideas.

·Provide Leadership including Coaching and Mentoring to marketing specialists.

·Prospect and develop new business.

·Ensure you and your team maintain up to date files and records on all clients.

·Provide a weekly consolidated activity report of your team’s activities to the General Manager.

·Lead weekly sales meetings and discussions with your team.

·Meet or exceed monthly sales projections and annual budgets.

·Work with your team to ensure they are making the agreed number of weekly touchpoints, as well as phone and email communications with existing clients, and an agreed number of cold calls to prospective clients.

·Be responsible for your personal professional development.

·Stay updated on computer skills and all new company software.

·Understand the “big picture”, personal and station goals are important so build support to both.

·Maintain a positive and constructive attitude regarding your responsibilities and Company objectives.

·Treat fellow employees and customers with enthusiasm and respect while observing company policies and codes of professional conduct.
