Heritage Heights / Suites Retirement Home is located in Cornwall, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Manager of Lifestyle Options to join their Retirement team.
We are looking for someone who is wanting to make an impact with the newest senior living residence in Cornwall and SD&G!

As our new Manager of Lifestyle Options, you will:
·Be one of the main contacts for many of the new residents, families, and visitors who are interested in making Heritage Home their home.
·Ensure a seamless handover for incoming residents, facilitating the transition of relationships to both the General Manager and fellow team members.
·Initiate, support, and actively engage in community involvement initiatives and events to develop new relationships and generate leads.
·Formulate and implement strategies for sales and marketing, including the establishment of systems and routine responsibilities.
·Use a customer relations management (CRM) platform to consolidate all activity in a centralized manner.
·Contribute to the analysis of reports, pinpointing sales trends specific to the community and residence.
·Evaluate potential leads via sales calls and emails, subsequently converting them into scheduled tours.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
·Business degree with a sales/marketing-related major, or a background in a service industry-related position.
·Have at least 3 years of retirement home or related industry experience.
·Demonstrates a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals, with a results-oriented approach.
·Have a passion for serving seniors and their families and are excited to help residents and their families discover why Heritage Heights/Suites Retirement Home is the best place for them.
·Familiarity with a standard sales procedure and adeptness in implementing structured sales processes/systems, encompassing follow-ups and sales pipelines.
·Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other computer programs.
·Ability to connect with individuals, understand their needs and effectively influence decision-making.
·Ability to work weekends and evening hours as required.
·Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.
