Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Manages compliance monitoring conduct for medical review assessment and the related records management and dashboards.

Extensive experience or medical related product knowledge in different therapeutic areas, Process Excellence and/or process mapping including automation of processes.

Manages the provision of drugs through Patient Assistance Program mechanized by Medical Sciences.

Capability Requirements – education, skills & experience

●A Post-secondary degree or diploma in Events Management, Marketing, or related discipline

●Determine workforce, budget and partnership requirements to cover production demand and ensure CWOF quality standards are met

●Manage assigned projects as well as act at the contact point for inductees when requested

●Demonstrated experience in working with external partners to coordinate events, both large and small

●Experience managing an annual budget for events

Knowledge of the requirements and application of a Quality Management System.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Applied experience with formal change management and conflict management processes is an asset.

Oversee the development of critical corporate, cross-departmental projects and initiatives, such as the Integrated Water Management Strategy.

Coordinate departmental business plan, work plan, project management and other corporate process templates and mapping.

Adhere to all applicable legislation, including Environmental Compliance Approvals and drinking water requirements, supporting the department in adherence to legislation.

Responsible for developing and executing a revenue management strategy to increase the financial performance in the aquatic centre

Establishes and monitors attendance management goals within the group; meets with employees to address and resolve attendance problems.

Responsible for overseeing the patron / customer experience and developing a system for tracking / evaluating this process.

Develops and implements new programs utilizing the aquatic centre training facilities in conjunction with the Manager, Aquatic Programs.

Ensure day to day operations are consistent with mandate, structure, resources and revenue requirements of the unit.

Liaises with community stakeholders and local enforcement agencies (RCMP, Fire, Campus Security, etc) to ensure effectiveness of event operational plans.

Proven time management, planning, coordinating and organization skills; proactive in initiating multiple projects on an ongoing basis.

Responsible for a critical assessment of the current portfolio of products, technologies, and services offered through the CNIB Client Experience Centre.

Excellent verbal and written communication and superior interpersonal skills.

A proven record of strong demonstrated leadership skills and delivery of customer-focused initiatives in a complex organizational structure.

Good relationship/team builder and networking skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and planning skills to work to concurrent and/or conflicting deadlines.

Strong project management skills for dealing with multiple tasks of moderate to high complexity;

Develop and implement tools and tracking systems for effective program management.

Develop guidance materials, systems and processes related to grant program management, including monitoring, reporting and compliance, and impact and performance evaluation;

Cultural awareness, knowledge and experience related to working with Indigenous communities

Knowledge and experience designing, developing and implementing programs and engagements, evaluating program effectiveness, outcomes and adaptation strategies;

Knowledge and experience related to grant program design, administration, and evaluation;

· Monitor and manage budgets pending for all campaigns - work within allocated budget plan to spend

· Work with accounting team to manage and process vendor invoices

· Complete post-mortems and analyze and comprehend program ROI and benefits

· At least 5 years' experience in a marketing communications role leading campaigns or large-scaled projects

· Experience from a communications perspective, in customer journey design and development leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Experience managing working relationship and project execution/analysis with multiple agencies

Thorough knowledge of the Ontario Public Colleges’ Standards of Practice for International Education

Expertise in program management, including human resources, fiscal management, and program planning and assessment

Knowledge of curriculum development and quality assurance processes that center equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Excellent communication skills, including strong active listening and exceptional verbal and written communication

Analyzing enrolment and participation data to make recommendations on programming initiatives or modifications

Recruiting, selecting, overseeing, developing, motivating, evaluating, and training of faculty and staff for international programs abroad

Related recreation or social work experience/education.
