Turner Fleischer is one of Canada’s most progressive architectural firms, with an agile studio of 240+ committed, creative and driven professionals. We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in over 49 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who are we looking for:

We have an immediate opening for a Manager, Marketing + Communications to manage our Marketing Department in Toronto (hybrid). The ideal candidate will inspire a highly engaged team to execute an integrated marketing-communications strategy that supports organizational goals, values and business results. This is a role where you will leverage both traditional and emerging trends in Marketing, specifically within the AEC Industry, while fostering continual learning with a focus on innovation and change. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of four days required in the studio.

What you will do:

• Lead and inspire a highly engaged Marketing + Communications team.
• Oversee the creation of compelling copy, which emulates our brand voice, across all communication channels, internally and externally, and manage the team in execution.
• Lead proposal creation and development including RFP, fee proposals and award submissions and manage the team in execution.
• Lead the strategy for all areas of the studio’s digital content platforms, including but not limited to studio’s website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop, lead, and execute an integrated, comprehensive strategic marketing and communications plan targeted internally and externally to support organizational goals.
• Leverage research, analytics, and metrics to evaluate impact and inform strategy.
• Enhance our client value proposition and accelerate growth through the creation of cross-functional business development strategic planning.

What you will bring:

• Excellent communication skills and expertise in managing high functioning multi-faceted marketing teams.
• 10+ years in Marketing + Communications with 5 years of leadership experience
• Marketing + Digital Media or BA (Marketing) degree/diploma
